Gábor Hamza: Trends in the Development of Private Law in Europe from the Beginning to the End of the 20th Century

Gábor Hamza is full professor of Roman Law and Comparative Legal History at the Faculty of Law of the Eötvös Loránd University in Budapest and full member of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences. The aim of the first volume of his work “Trends in the Development of Private Law in Europe from the Beginning to the End of the 20^th Century” is to present the origins of European private law and its development in the Middle Ages based on the Roman law traditions.
